HOW THE RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS WORKS? 

1- Fill out the Book Online Form section or e-mail/fax your demand 
You will receive availabilities and rates in 24 Hours except Sundays
2- If you are OK with the products/services and the rates please confirm by e-mail/fax
After receiving your confirmation we will send you the Proformo Invoice (First Confirmation)
3- Now you can make your payment through our Online Payment section with your confirmation (order) number on the proformo invoice from ; Online Payment Page 

Make sure that you can also print the purchase confirmation page 
OR ; We can do it for you if you fax us (back & front) photocopy of your passport, Credit Card in adition to our fully filled Credit Card Authorization form with cardholder's signature

OR ; You can wire transfer the total to our accounts given at Online Payment section (Make sure to inform your bank about our banks Swift Code : AKBKTRIS116 and to transfer the amount net to us without any cuts) 
After the payment has reached to our accounts the same day we will issue the Travel Documents such as Actual Invoice, Vouchers (Second Confirmation) and e-mail, fax or post it to you or the given address.
IMPORTANT NOTE ;
Credit Card withdraws will not be realized until 45 days before the service or product date which you will be informed by e-mail about the hold authorization amount. But we will keep the authorizations until then and from that date on our (Reservation & Sales) Terms and Conditions section on our web site will be valid from ; Terms and Conditions
